The use of state-of-art immersive technologies enhanced undergraduate students’ motivation to learn. main variables for the comparative analysis are opinions surveyed students three academic terms and perception as an engine learning. data used this article comes from at a Mexican university, Tecnológico de Monterrey, during January 2019 up June 2020. virtual activity designed fostering is called: Welcome Ur, Mesopotamia. consists recreation ancient city Ur using 3D animation reality goggles. Each student was able travel back on time explore by foot streets, temples, palaces Mesopotamian city. courses where educational experiences took place, "Sustainable Cities Communities" "Citizenship Democracy" reported higher satisfaction learn that those did not tool. technological tools helped have better understanding content. feeling motivated more about political history due learning activity.
